ProSync is looking for a Cross Domain Solutions Sr Test Analyst to join our team.


Title of Position: Cross Domain Solutions Sr Test Analyst 


Description of Position

  • Experienced Cyber Security Vulnerability analyst to work alongside other members of a talented test team
  • Conduct both Lab Based Security Assessments (LBSA) within the DISA HQ lab and conduct travel to various CONUS and OCONUS locations to perform Site Based Security Assessments (SBSA). The following summarizes the types of testing performed on this task order
  • Lab Based Security Assessments (LBSA) (Formerly, Certification, Test and Evaluation)
  • Site Based Security Assessments (SBSA) (Formerly, Security, Test and Evaluation)
  • Linux/UNIX experience
  • Penetration Testing
  • Data Technical Specification Reviews
  • Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
  • Government Acceptance Testing (GAT)
  • Operational Assessments
  • Control interface that provides the ability to manually and/or automatically access and/or transfer information between different security domains. A CDS is categorized as one of three types: Access, Transfer, or Multi-Level
  • Access solutions provide access to computing platforms, applications, or data residing on different security domains from a single device, which allows for visualization of information across multiple security domains from a single workstation
  • Transfer solutions facilitate the movement of data between interconnected networks or information systems operating in separate security domains. For example, transferring data between Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (NIPRNet) and Secret Internet Protocol (IP) Router Network (SIPRNet)
  • Multi-Level solutions use security labels or data tags to store data at separate classification levels and allow access based on security domain and credentials. Multilevel systems that implement read-down and/or regrade operations are also implementing a transfer CDS function


Education Required:

  • Associate's degree; or At least 60 semester hours of formal education working towards an Associate's or Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience; or
    6 years of experience is required
  • Active Security+ CE certification
  • Additional certifications (other than those required for the position) in the area of specialization may be substituted for 1 year of experience
  • Degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum and experience must be related to the job duties.

Experience Required:

  • Strong Linux and networking experience
  • Additionally, there are needs to develop test scripts to generate test data
