    ProSync is looking to add to the corporate office! We need a responsible, creative professional to assist with recruiting, staffing, and marketing objectives. 

    Responsibilities

    Title of Position: Resource Coordinator

      

    Description of Position:

    • As part of the staffing team, assist in the recruiting process from start to finish. This includes sourcing and reaching out to candidates, vetting resumes, matching candidates to open positions, and scheduling and conducting interviews.
    • Understand and become familiar with each contract, corresponding LCATS, and requirements, such as required years of experience, certifications, and degrees.
    • Learn and become familiar with iCIMS processes-creating candidates, assigning them to jobs and recruiters, recording notes, marking appropriate job folders. Getting rid of unqualified (uncleared, outside the US, etc.) candidates and ensure General Consideration folder is only filled with qualified candidates.
    • Manage the “football.” Review resumes, clearances, and job applied to. Advance and reject as necessary, clear out To-Do list on a daily and weekly basis.
    • Manage job vacancies from every contract. Learn iCIMS to update vacancies weekly to ensure accurate job postings for candidates.
    • Manage MOONLIGHT recruiters. Assign candidates, follow-up with recruiters, schedule interviews, review notes.
    • Interview candidates to ensure skills and background are a good match for considered positions.
    • Work with different departments outside position's specific scope of work to solve problems, offer new ideas, and contribute to the company's success. 

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field. At least one (1) year of experience in a recruiting, marketing, or sales position.
    • Must be a self-starter and have the ability to teach yourself new concepts, ideas, and processes. 
    • Strong problem-solving skills and creative solutioning.
    • Able to work under little or no supervision.
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills to interview candidates, promote the company culture and values, and work with various teammates, vendors, and companies.
    • Flexibility to work in different fields and have multiple responsibilities not directly tied to your role.
