  • Overview

    Seeking a Systems Engineer with wireless and integration experience.

    Responsibilities

    Title of Position: Systems Engineer Level 2/3

    • Monitor existing systems to ensure structural integrity
    • Oversee the development and installation of new hardware and software
    • Install and configure operating systems and other software and routinely test installed software for glitch detection and other issues
    • Provide technical direction to IT support staffEnsure constant availability of technical resources
    • Design and implement security systems and redundant backups to maintain data safety
    • Focus on integration from planning stage to implementation stage

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience Required:

    • A minimum of seven (7) years experience (Level 2) or a minimum of thirteen (13) years (Level 3) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline, to include:
    • At least five (5) years experience in planning, designing, and analyzing processing, and storage and retrieval systems, on mid to large scale integration programs.
    • Experience in analytical needs assessment.
    • Experience in requirements analysis and definition.
    • Experience in planning, designing, analyzing, and implementing mid to large scale integration programs.
    • Experience with top-level functional design, project management, and life-cycle cost analysis.
    • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is equivalent to four (4) years experience (Level 2 and Level 3) or a Master's in Elecrtrical Engineering or Computer Engineer equivalent to two (2) years of experience (Level 3 only)
