    Title of Position: Business Management Administrator- Intermediate


    Description of Position:

    • Responsible for providing specialized business support in the areas that include operations analysis; contract, financial, or purchasing management; contract security; and project scheduling and control.
    • Assesses project business issues and develops approaches to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
    • Generally responsible for coordinating employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessments, work assignments, salaries, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
    • Plans and coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, and logistical, and administrative tasks.
    • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

    • Performs a variety of complicated tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

    • Works under general supervision. Typically reports to a project leader, supervisor, or manager.


    Education and Experience Required:

    • Master's degree and no years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience OR an Associate's degree and at least four (4) years of experience. One year of experience can be substituted by fifteen (15) semester hours completed towards a Master's. Degree must be in a relevant field.
    • Must be familiar with a variety of business management concepts, practices, and procedures.

    Clearance Requirement:

    • U.S. Citizenship and Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
