Overview

Seeking a motivated and creative candidate willing to work as a member of a team in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

Title of Position: Junior Engineer

  

Description of Position:

Extended time Support: Contractors may be required, at the TTO COR direction, to provide extended time (extra hours) support in order to meet mission needs and operational schedules.
Ad-hoc Hazardous duty travel is required in the conduct of this task order.

SPOT, LOAs, CAC cards, weapons training, issuance of TA-50 gear and deployment center processing may be required.

The contractor may bill costs for TTO COR directed purchases of food to support PROGRAM Government conferences and meetings.
Provide activities, research, and support to engineering efforts and maintenance of the system front end access systems, SSE, OSCE, and related normalizing enablers for FOPs.
Review JIRA Tickets to ensure corrective measures are being followed to effect resolution of the outage/discrepancy.
Review Operational Documentation and Procedures for the customer systems.
Review technical training for your System in coordination with customer Documentation and Training personnel.
Document any and all technical changes to the System and incorporate those changes within the Operational floor when and where required in coordination with customer Documentation and Training personnel.
Troubleshoots the System as required

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

  • Must meet the minimum Junior Engineer qual sheet requirements.
  • Perform full lifecycle support to the customer on complex data systems and networks.
  • Provide solutions to the customer applying expertise with systems engineering and networks/components to support.
  • Provide technical guidance to the customer in relation to SIGINT systems.
  • Candidate should possess a BS in CS, CE or EE degree or be actively pursuing a technical degree.
  • Candidate must possess the following skills:
    • LINUX or UNIX administration/maintenance experience 
    • Some knowledge of SIGINT systems useful
    • Some knowledge of SIGINT dataflows useful
  • Ability to perform in a team environment
  • Candidates possessing system administration and/or network engineering backgrounds will be considered if they have the above skillset.

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • No CCA considered
