CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS AN ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE WITH POLYGRAPH

 

Responsibilities

Title of Position: System Engineer Level 3

  

Description of Position:

  • Candidate will provide senior engineering management and liaison between OUSD AT&L, Combatant Commanders, Service Components in support of Platform Resiliency & Mission Assurance (PRMA) program efforts under 2016 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Sections 1647 and 1650.
  • Candidate will be required to assume an executive-level support posture to provide senior-level engagement, briefing support, and inter-agency coordination.
  • Substantial travel to and presence at OUSD AT&L facilities Mark Center in Alexandria, VA will be required (although work location will remain FANX-3 in Linthicum MD).

Qualifications

Education and Experience Required:

  • Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Clearance Requirement:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
